£23,500What You'll Do
We are looking for a colleague who can provide the highest quality of administrative and coordinating support as we embark on delivering our new ambitions. You will support our resources, finance and policy development work with effective planning and administration, provide excellent reception services and be involved in range of projects and events. The successful candidate will enjoy planning and coordination, administration and reception activity and being part of a flexible and enthusiastic team.
What You’ll Do
- Provide high quality administrative support, mainly to our resources and development team, covering finance, policy and support to our leadership team.
- Help the coordination of organisational activities by creating planners, tracking documents and collating/referencing information and resources.
- Support accurate record keeping using our CRM database.
- With our Information Systems Officer, help maintain our online library and filing system for the storage, referencing and archiving of key materials and reports.
- Provide a welcoming and friendly reception experience for guest and those who connect with us in person, by phone and online.
- Manage a system of referrals and signposting for enquiries to TSDG.
- Coordinate advance planning for visitors and groups to our office.
- With the Head of Resources and Development, coordinate security and Health and Safety administration with other office tenants and our landlord.
- Coordinate the maintenance of a friendly and welcoming office for staff and visitors.

- You will be able to show examples of effective application of key skills, including organising and planning, problem solving and effective communications.

- You will be able to show your commitment improvement and be keen to help to deliver our ambitions where you can.
- You may have experience or knowledge of using CRM databases and planning tools, although support and training will be provided.
