Creating work with purpose means more than task and activity. Working in the third sector is usually driven by mission and impact and you can expect to find that in spades here too.

We exist to support, enable, inspire and represent our third sector and build the capacity of our sector and organisations in our communities.

We work across our sector and with local public service partners, national bodies and the Scottish Government in our pursuit of community-led development to meet local needs and the sharing and transfer of power.

We are aware of our role in creating fairer systems, equity of access, dignity in service design and building healthier places and planet.

Flexibility

You can expect to find a work pattern that suits you, your role and your colleagues. We work flexibly within core hours and will always aim to help you achieve balance to be the best in your role and fit with your other commitments too. This also means:

• Hybrid working – an agreed balance of working at one of our offices and at home/another local space.
• Home working – where you are mainly/always based at home, with visits to our locations.
• Office working – where, due to the nature of your role, you will be based mainly/always in one of our office locations.
