Finding a great match

An effective recruitment and selection process isn’t a competition. It should be a great first experience with us. It’s a mutual process to find the best match. That way, we’ll work better in pursuit of our ambitions.

In creating roles with purpose, we also have a job to help you show your best and we apply a fair and inclusive approach to finding new colleagues.

  • You will always be offered an opportunity to speak to the recruiting manager or peer about the role before the closing date for applications.
  • You can ask for help in meeting additional needs to support and enable your participation.
  • You can expect a fair system of assessing skills and experience at each stage, which includes how well you have identified the match between you, us and the role (don’t make us guess, you might miss out).
  • No surprises. You will receive any activity briefs and interview questions in advance to help you prepare.
  • You will receive feedback after activity or interview stages if you’d like it.
  • You can tell us at what stage you’d prefer we take up references or external checks.
  • Join in. If successful, you will receive a warm welcome. You will get all you need before you get started. You will be able to share a short profile for colleagues to get to know you before your start date.
